*1997 Mark Webber's Landscaping was founded and incorporated.  Base of Operation was 8'x10' storage office on Springboro Pike in Miami-Twp.   2 Trucks and 3 employees.

*1997 Completed the full design and completed the project for Kettering Medical Center multiphase projects.

*1998 Company had increased to 4 Trucks and 8 employees and begin concentrating on the Landscape Re-Do Market and did the last and final project at Kettering Medical.

* 1998 First employee became a Ohio Certified Nursery Technician

*1998 Plant Health Care became and important part of business mix with the first of it kind "Deep Root" injection was built and perfected.

****2000 First Place Best Of Show Miami-Valley Home Improvement Show

*2000 A search was started to locate land to build and start a Production Nursery, Company added 2 more trucks and 1 Skid Steer loader and more Team Members became Ohio Nursery Technicians.

*November 2000 we decorate the whole interior of the Dayton Mall for Christmas, That fall a daytime crew worked serving clients while a night time crew worked at the mall.

*2001 Second Place Best Of Show Miami-Valley Home Improvement Show

*2001 The search for land/site continues, but Zoning issues are a major issue that seems not to be overcomed.

*2001 Company continues to grow and expand in the residential market with the after care business growing most rapid.

*2001 Mark purchases a "Air Knife" and a used Air Compressor to do root exploration work.

***2002 Best of Show Miami-Valley Home Improvement Show

*2002 Air Knife root work business explodes with the discovery of "Stem Girdling Root Issues"  Company gets calls from as far away as Ky/In/Mi to do save trees in trouble.

*2002 Landscape Re-Do market continues to grow, with team Leader system of Management beginning to really show progress with excellence in projects and happy customers.

*2003 Honor Mention for Best Booth Design Miami-Valley Home Improvement Show

*2003 Customer base grows by 150% with the broad range of services.

*August 2003 Hemple Road Farm was purchased.

*October 2003 Open House at the Hemple Road Farm, 2 Poly houses under construction, driveways expanded, buildings repaired, Team working nearly 50-75 hours a week to get everthing done.

*December 2003 Annual company Christmas party at Hemple Road, Kim made one of her amazing meals for everyone.

***2004 Best of Show Miami-Valley Home Improvement Show

*2004 Spring, 2.5 acres of bare-root plants planted in Nursery.

*2004 Spring over 3000 containers potted.

*2004 Pam P. was hired as our Landscape designer.

**2004  17 Year Cicada's game and went. That summer we were glad we bought a place that had plenty of water,  What a dry summer!

***2005 Mark Webber's Landscaping Company reaches over 50% employee's become certiified or degreed in the industry.

**2005 Spring -another 2.5 acres of bare root material was planted, Another poly house was built and over 8000 plants a year are being potted for container production.

****2005 nearly 94.9% of the 2004 clients renew service contracts, landscape design build business grows with increase plant material sales.

**2005 2 Team members reach certified wall builder status.

*2005 Second Place Large Booth Display at Miami-Valley Home Improvement Show

*2005 Our first employee to retire. Dick W.

*2006 BBB Business Eclispe Nominee

**2006 -Another 2.5 acres of bare root plants planted at Hemple Road.  Container production grows with the addition of "Tree Pot Nursery"

*2006 Jefferson Twp.  High School Employer Support

*2006 Second Place Large Booth (20X30) Miami Valley Home Improvement Show

*2006 Fall- First trees and shrubs are harvested from the fields of Hemple Road Farm a full year in advance harvest date.

***2007 Best Landscape Display at Miami Valley Home Improvement Show

**2007 Spring- 3.0 acres of bare root material is planted.

*2007 April Freeze- Many called it the "Perfect Storm"  Only 3% loss was seen in the field nursery and 0% loss was experianced in the containers.  Every container was laid down flat and covered with overwinter blankets.  That week we really prayed alot!

*2007 Summer-Hottest/Dry one in 133 years, we watered/watered/watered.

*2007 September 8,2007 Open House and Field day-what a day over 300 visit our labor of love!

*2008 January  "Best of Show" Landscape Display at the Miami-Valley Home Improvement Show.  First Time in the shows history of a company to win back to back "Best of Show"  What a amazing design and instalation!  We are so proud.

2008 April-June...very wet winter and slow start into spring, our team did 7 weeks of production in 4 weeks.  Very high customer satisfaction is received.  The nursery plants nearly another 2 acres of material in the field as well in containers.
